Best Supplements for Muscle Growth

A lot of body builders take a ton of supplements but in reality there are only a couple that are the best. These would include Protein, BCAA's and Creatine. All three of these are so very important for muscle growth, while BCAA's focus on protein synthesis and creatine basically helps turn ADP to ATP for more energy, while also giving you a more volumized muscular look.

Correct Lifting

Correct lifting is different from person to person.  A common thing we see is others going to the gym and trying to correct the way others lift. Sure, there is a correct form to every lift to keep it safe and target the primary muscle more effectively, but by changing the form slightly on certain lifts can be beneficial. One example of this would be doing T-Bar rows. the "correct" form of doing this is by keeping your back straight and upright, but during the eccentric phase of this exercise, if we bend our back at the hips and let the weight go further down, then we can target the Lats in this exercise while also targeting the upper back.

Post Thanksgiving Lift!

After a few plates of turkey, noodles, mashed potatoes, and a bunch of other types of amazing home cooked food, I wasn't sure whether I should take a nap or not. Well after contemplating what would be the best decision I decided to take my food baby to the gym! Getting a good lift in after Thanksgiving is easily the best thing we could do for our bodies. Put those carbs to good use as energy and burn off those calories while building muscle! Needless to say my Thanksgiving day was amazing.

Lifting!

Lifting is something that we all can benefit from! Lifting weights actually does burn a lot of calories even though some think it doesn't. It doesn't matter who you are, we all can benefit from it whether it be low weight and high reps or high weight at low reps. It is a healthy choice of exercising that can tone your body and build muscle! Personally I love lifting weights and it can get addicting once you see the results!
